On a daily basis, I usually have time for a little bit of revision each day. I complete expenses, client profiles, some filing activities and also attend meetings with our carriers with people in my team.

I enjoy my programme very much. It is ran very well and smoothly.

I have grown in confidence since joining, I am less afraid to vocalise my opinion and I have gained the skill of using excel daily.

I think it definitely helps, however i think my role deals with the least first hand experiences with insurance.
