Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Raising invoices for the brand team for agencies we work with. Helping the budget forecast and tracking it all on an excel spreadsheet. Working alongside my more senior stakeholders and cross category teams on interesting projects and campaigns I can get involved in. Always something new to happen every day and always an opportunity to learn something new.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy what I do and the team I'm in as everyone is so friendly and willing to support and make time.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Building a personal brand, understanding how demanding and tight deadlines alongside apprenticeship side of things can add on if youre not meeting them. Simple things like pulling someone for a chat for a catch up. Creating a powerful presentation that I delivered to more senior stakeholders within Unilever, using tools like Excel and other internal platforms with more complex data.

Very organised, I have a clear workplan and work towards goals which will help me excel throughout my short period at Unilever.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot. I have daily catch ups and check ins where I dicuss my tasks for this week, what 3 things im working on and what things I need support or flagging.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have weekly check ins with my coach and have live chat where I can quickly speak to my coach about anything I need and she responds very quickly and attentive
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

We have monthly workshops as well as group coaching sessions after discussing the workshops and voicing anything we need extra support in.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have joined the Multiverse community where they have lots of networking events, learning workshops that I can sign up too which are virtual and in person which is quite a nice way to branch out and learn more
