5/5
I am really enjoying the Apprenticeship so far, as it gives me a lot of responsibility and helps me learn in a real world environement.

5/5
My Excel skills have improved rapidly whilst being in this role, whilst also developing my soft skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
A structured learning plan is put in place to help us pass our exams. There is communication from external providers to ensure we are on track.

4/5
My Employer as a whole is very supportive and allows me to resit exams if I do not pass at first. My Line Manager is also very accommodating to help me adapt to new environments.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I get good amounts of revision from the external provider, with 3-4 online sessions per module. I would however say that the amount of communication from TGC in terms of well being is not as regular.

This qualification teaches me the basics of Insurance, and as this is my first role in the industry, it really helps me understand things in my daily role.
