Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

3/5
Its good, settled in now some days are less interesting than others i guess

4/5
Presentation skills, computer such as word and excel skills. Developed my confidence in talking to groups of people

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Learning wise it is well structured, with revision sessions before each exam. However, we aren't told about the more complex modules that we will complete and how to finish our apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
More so from my manager than the company as a whole, unless you consider the amount of websites we are given to use for revision.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
4 sessions before each exam, study materials and one on one calls when we have questions about the book.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It does help me understand the wider market better, however some of the things we learnt so far arent very applicable to my role such as marine insurance.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Lots of professional networking events and social activities
