As a front end supervisor my job is to monitor and support the front end colleagues to serve and help customers with sales, complaints and advice. I oversee reports, ordering and feedback systems as well as clubcard marketing, rotas and training

Level 2 and 3 were great but level 4 I believe is a new qualification and not much has been done in relation to planning and resources

A little. I find time to complete the work is hard to come by and find that carrying out the work from home is better
