Leading my team, making weekly plans, paper work such as in stock no location reports, stock movement reports and updating my sales tracker. severing customers to the best of my abilities I also lock and open the store on a daily basis.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it was very good having the freedom to do it my self and to also have help when ever I needed it, plus catch up sessions on the program

Very well giving me a menu of my learning calendar, so I can progress if I get a head of my learning I don't have to wait for that day or month to come up to access my learning.

I get allocated time during the week, set aside so I know my time to study or learn. which helps me plan other tasks in to my working week or month.

She was always there for me, when I needed help when available always messaged or called me as soon as she was free a really big support to my learning journey.
