I'm here to help customers to great the best out of their homes by helping them get the items they need to improve their homes. so i serve customers and to make orders for home delivery
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love that fact that i get to have a better understand on how a business works and how we can improve things for customers and their homes. I love the fact that i can push myself to do things i have never done and how very much rewarding it is to finish something.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a better understanding on how B&Q/ Trade point works with their internally customers and how we help them to get the best out of things. I have learnt to step up and take on a role sometimes other don't want to do and how rewarding it can be to be in this position espealliy for someone like me.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is very well organised i have face to face meeting with my coach and she helps me to understand thing in a way that i can understand them. with out her support and quidnce i would not of got through it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have receive so much support to enable me to complete this it has been unbelievable that my bosses would go out of their way to help me in the way they have and the encouragement that they have in me to complete is brilliant.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had the most support you can imagine form my coach she has been out of this world with everything she has done for me and by pushing for me to get the help and support i needed to complete this is fanatics. I always had face to face meeting with her as im hard of hearing Natalie has been there one hundred percent fo me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This qualification was never to help me in my job it was to prove that i could do something like this. But by doing this it has given me a better understanding on how we are to support our customers and how to build a good working relationship with them.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Sometimes there are when we arrange something we have a social event coming up next month
