I have had training on multiple departments but my main tasks during the rest of my apprenticeship will be general and more complex admin tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my programme the most when I was on my admin team compared to the other teams.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt how to communicate with customers professionally through email and over the phone as well as how to operate WTWs systems to perform tasks I am given.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It has varied over the different teams I've been on, I'd say that the service centre team and admin team were the most organised but my others have felt a bit disorganised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had multiple 1-1 sessions with my training provider as well as group training sessions which I feel are beneficial as they give me next steps of what to do to work towards my qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt many transferrable skills through my training provider which are useful to implement into my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I believe my employer does do social activities and professional networking events however I have not partaken in any as of yet.
