The programme has been very beneficial as it lays the ground work for a job in the insurance industry so I would say I have enjoyed it very much

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Programme is initially structured well however there is very little to no information provided in relation to gateway and EPA until only a few weeks before that begins so its very much just dropped onto you
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received plenty of support from my employer and feel comfortable to raise questions and queries
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support is initially very good however it does dwindle down towards the end when its assumed you know what to do and are just left to do it

The qualification received through the training provider helps me to understand certain phrases and technical talk in the insurance industry
