My day to day role is very hands on and very similar to someone who is a permanent member of the team that I am working in which helps my progression and development in the company.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed the programme so far as I have learnt so much already as well as I have met so many new people which have helped my development in the company and helped me settle in.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication skills as well as I have learnt how to balance my work so that all my work get done to the best possible standard in an efficient way.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme that I am in has been very organised and made sure that i have had all the information and resources available to me when have I needed it (sometimes had some technical issues but nothing that wasn't fixed in good timing).
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received so much support on a daily basis from my employer. I have chats with my employer most days to make sure that everything is going to plan and I am happy with everything that is going on and feedback that i have to make sure that the apprenticeship is as effective as possible
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have regular meetings with my training provider so that I get given work to prepare me for my exams and other parts of my appreniceship
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me perform better in my job role as i have had regular training to help my understanding of pensions and admirative tasks which helps me to become more efficient in my job role

I would recommend WTW to a friend because I feel very supported and feel like i have been given lots of opportunities to network and develop my career in the company in such little time

I would advice anyone applying to WTW to prepare for the commitment that you have to put in your progression and take every opportunity tat arises for you
