Morning ticket call with customer regarding incidents that have happened and resolve the issue by discovering where to assign the ticket to or if resolve the issue our selves.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship is great. The support that I get from inside the programme is incredible, and whenever I have an issue, my people manager resolves or supports it almost immediately.

The programme it self in my opinion is very organised with support and communities around every corner willing to help you succeed.

With every issue that I have had so far. My people's manager has been incredible with the support that he has been providing me with.
