The programme is not to bad organised as there is support provided where necessary, however sometimes the provider does not always get back in time of need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer support is outstanding as my line manager is beyond excellent with the opportunities and support he give me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

At the beginning the support provided by my training provider was excellent, however being honest, after completing my End Point Assessment, I haven't had a much support as I would have like for my Final Exam in order to offboard, but the team are always happy to help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
