On shift, manage the shift, organise the team into sections, set and complete daily log book tasks, cash reconciliation, stock management, health and safety within the store, upselling, explaining benefits of Costa app, rota management, open/close the store,

Not really, I learned a lot on Costa's policies and procedures.
Already have 15 years experience within the hospitality sector and a higher national certificate. Also managed 2 Cafes prior to the apprenticeship. Have a great skill set already compared to most within the industry.
