My role is to deliver the Green Charter across our properties. This could be from organising volunteering opportunities, cleaning sites social value data or delivering a Sustainability Standard across our sites.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot, I work on a range of projects and I am always learning something new

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt how to deliver a detailed report and I have worked on my public speaking as well as my data analysis work.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is quite an organised programme, my university shares my timetable with me well in advance and my team is accommodating when I need time for assignments etc

I receive a lot of support from my team.

I get offered a lot of support from my university, I dont always take it but I know its there.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Its not the most relatable degree to my role. Sometimes it is applicable but a lot of my role I have learnt on the job and my degree has not been applicable.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are sports teams, I have joined one. There is a lot of networking events for the womens network which I am apart of.
