To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love how much knowledge you aquire during an apprenticeship i like that it explains the whys as well as the hows

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Multitasking is a big part of this job. You will have to juggle multiple tables at a time. Communication skills are vital! You will be in constant communication with your guests, your kitchen team and your duties managers as well as your fellow bar/serving team member

I have a very busy life and hectic schedule but I was able to schedule times with my tutor that suited me and my needs
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager was super supportive she was constantly checking on with me making sure I was doing okay asking if I needed any help any bits of advice or general support

They are constantly there you can connect with them through email or through the lifetime website
