Some mornings I get in and take deliveries in, if not day begins with prep, followed by service ensuring that food goes out meeting health and safety standards and follows companies spec
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning new things, at first I wasn’t sure why I needed to know some bits but after going into more detail I understand why

My managers were on hand to help me whenever I had a question or needed to do something to gain experience. I know they had my best interests

My learning coach really picked me up and boosted me when I needed it. He was always on hand to get the best out of me, and give me fresh ideas I may not have thought of.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
