Generic Estate management and L&T matters. Working on private and larger institutional clients, for a mix of resi and commercial portfolios
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Thoroughly enjoy, albeit there are some tough experiences although this is needed for personal growth. Colleagues always happy to assist me where needed which is very much appreciated.

A lot of employability skills, such as communication, task management etc.

Clear layout on the structured training, with regular catch ups with my apprenticeship outcomes officer to set goals in the interim periods.

Regular catch ups with my line manager & apprenticeship officer, can always feel comfortable to raise any concerns.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My modules are very relevant to my day-to-day job, which keeps things very interesting, as I can apply my knowledge from university to my Savills related work.
