Quarterly update meetings with provider to make sure everything is going well. Tutors also available there at all times to help if needed.

As everyone says make sure you know our stuff, but just as importantly make sure you ask lots of questions about what your role would entail so that you can make a fully informed decision if this is the role you want for the long term.
