I am bar and waiting staff, often times I work in the restaurant seating people, taking orders and payments or making drinks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very well, I like the work that I do which makes the job that much easier.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication skills and overall confidence. I can now pour pints and make cocktails, carry fully loaded trays and act as a host.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Somewhat, the transfer to a new provider wasn’t greatly communicated and confused a lot at the beginning. After that however, I found it well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots, they were very supportive on my apprenticeship and assisted me with any needs or requirements I may have needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When I needed her, she was very quick to answer and helped as much as she could.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It allowed me to discuss and in turn reinforce the knowledge I had learned on shift. Strengthening my weaker areas of expertise.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
