One of the biggest new skills I learnt is how to manage my team better and how to have conversations with them to get to the best of my team.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is structured very well with the dates for the skills days and workshops being given in enough time so I can plan the skills days around my rota.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received enough support when I need it I just needed to ask.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a lot of support with regular catch ups and phone calls and if I was enough stuck on anything all I had to do was pick up the phone.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has helped me a lot and given me loads of knowledge to both drive the business forward and then lead my team to a better place

Why?
The apprenticeships M&B offer are amazing along with their development opportunities too. Also, its a great company to work for and there are a lot of different brands within M&B so there is a variety if I ever wanted to work in a different brand
