Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I serve people behind the bar, serve food to people at tables, keep the pub organised at the host stand, prepare desserts, wash pots, answer the phone, and anything else my team needs me to do.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
It was good, I'm not a big fan of some of the online courses that we were required to do as it mostly covered stuff I had already learned in my job.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
I learned to not go instantly into confrontation when presented with a problem, and I developed my social skills as someone who is autistic and struggles with social interactions this was a big area for improvement.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very, I always knew what was due when, and where I could go for help.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Enough that I wasn't struggling, but not so much that I wasn't doing anything by myself.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Loads, he always gave a hand with anything that would confuse me with the wording of questions
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It lets me understand the reason I'm doing what I'm doing, and allows me to feel more confident in my role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Not specifically for staff, but whenever we have events planned for guests whoever's not working usually joins in.
