I like how we have annual placements which give us enough time to gain depth of information but across our apprenticeship we get a broad range of experience and skills.

I receive 20% off the job hours, which I can use to study and gain experience and skills to help me in my studies and career development/progression.

5/5
I have regular catch up's with my uni tutor, alongside my employer to align on support, concerns and needs. Which is really helpful. I also link to resources I have access to through the university just as articles and academic writing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It helps me gain background knowledge and explore different aspects of the food industry that I wouldn't get as much exposure to in my current company/role. It is also nice to meet fellow industry professionals on the course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
I get involved with Netball and bake club. And sometimes future career networking sessions.
