safeguarding children mentally and physically. using the correct forms and paperwork. having off the job hours away from the room in order to use for apprenticeship work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship my trainer is lovely and she's very supportive and I feel as though I can reach out to her whenever I need. Also the staff I work with in setting also try and help as much as possible.

i have gained a lot more knowledge and skills like first aid.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I was offered to do it in a different order if I wanted to which was really nice however I stuck to the original order and its going so well. I really like how its laid out.

it allows mw to use information learnt within my real setting and allows the environment to be a safer environment as well as there being more confident staff. I think it really helps me with how i perform as i change my ways sometimes depending what I've learnt

I really enjoy my job and i am surrounded by lovely children and parents as well as staff.
