I oversee Level 3-4 early career and Level 3-7 existing employee apprenticeships. My daily tasks include managing a shared inbox, supporting apprentice wellbeing, tracking progress, attending meetings, and executing a prioritized to-do list to ensure effective communication and program success for both populations.

Continuous support from the university is a significant advantage, ensuring that I have access to resources, mentorship, and guidance throughout my studies. This support includes seminars, workshops, and one-on-one time with tutors.
