Change Management, leading daily teams calls to keep updated with tasks and projects across the whole team. Working with data to implement change across the areas we work on / projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Since joining, I have loved this programme and am so pleased that I decided to follow what I've wanted to do. I have met so many amazing people so far, net-worked and developed so much as an individual, and I'm only just beginning!
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my skill set, improved problem solving and time management, soft skills such as team working abilities and boosted my confidence massively. Included, technical skills such as understanding on AI, and working with data are new skills I have developed greatly.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is structured very well, with rotations yearly to gain a more in depth understanding and learning around Unilever and enables you to build further upon skill sets, builds net-working and provides so much opportunity to you.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The employer provides great support, not only do we get given support and help when needed from a wide support network, we have support provided for daily work, support for anything Unilever, and even provided with support outside of the work environment if needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Every couple of months, we have a week of University studies to study, and every week are given one day off the job to focus on university work ensuring we have enough time to balance the degree with work life. If support is needed through it is also provided.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel the training provided by University help support my day to day roles, it makes me look deeper into what I'm learning and I connect the links between my tasks and university learning.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is a vast selection of extra curricular, sport teams such as football and badminton, we have wellbeing and community events to ensure we stay closely connected and looked after, as well as lots of networking opportunities like dove day, spreading awareness and connecting with different people.

Why?
Unilever is a great company to work for that truly does care for us as employees and provides great opportunities for us to succeed not only in our role but across several areas. They are warm welcoming and want the best for us
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
My main piece of advice would be go for it, don't put yourself down or think your not good enough because I can guarantee you will be. Be yourself and show Unilever your abilities and strengths, always just be you!
