Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I get into work and get told what my goals are for the day and what my manager needs me to do. In the morning I would help with delivery and putting stock out and continue doing that throughout the day as well as jumping on and off the tills. As well as this I will also face up the isles to make sure the are neat and tidy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it because I’m getting a new qualification and my team is really nice. I have support if I need it.

Yes communication skills have improved massively as I’m talking to different kinds of people through my day.

Very organised as I get told what i need to do clearly and the way the website is set out is easy to understand and simple.

I receive so much support as she answers all my questions.

A lot she explains how certain processes work on the HHT which help me complete the work.

Because she clearly explains in detail and helps me understand what I need to do. Explaining rules that we follow in the company which helps my customer service skills improve
