Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work full time and attend University one out of the five days a week, in order to gain the degree part of my apprenticeship. My role consists of leading on campaigns with overseeing influencer, PRM and Data and audience. As well as this I look after budgets for the team, and everyday admin tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, and happy I chose this instead of University.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt, how to use excel, manage campaigns from start to finish, create campaigns that are successful, I have also developed previous skills, I had such as working with colleagues, teamwork, time management and being efficient.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I enjoy the structure of my programme being one day at university, and 4 days at work. This is very clear to all my team members, and I thoroughly enjoy my work and study balance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, as my manager is always happy for a 1-1, and is happy to upskill me in any areas I need
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support, my line manager will block out hours in my work days to finish assignments I need to finish.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It aligns perfectly, as I learn the theoretical side of what I am doing practically at University.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
