Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role is to build relationships with our customers e.g. Tesco. I help them to scale their categories e.g. Ice cream sales. I do this by presenting data about the market. I also help the sales team by giving them data to help create a story to sell our products such as Vaseline, Lynx and Ben & Jerrys. On a day to day basis I spend time creating presentations and analysing the market.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Unilever is a great company with a great culture. Managers are down to earth and offer flexible working. The office is a great environment to work in, as an apprentice I have found others keen to help me learn and a great support.

4/5
I would say that its organised well
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive a great amount of support from my employer and colleagues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Much more support than you would get from a traditional university, you are able to call the lecturers for 1:1s. The cohort is made up of about 16 people so teaching is personal and easy to engage with.

3/5
At the moment only a little but expect to be able to use it more in the future
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
