I am providing support for Social Workers in Children in Care department in Wiltshire Council
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It gives me understanding of how public sector is run and how I can contribute. I learn that what I know is correct or not correct and it gives me stability and deeper understanding of the business processess.

Program is very manageable, the information is presented in a good chanks and I can learn it all bit by bit with a help of a tutor and educational material, also the work is structured, I can do it in a flexible way
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer gives me lots of support and enough time for learning, my colleagues are patient with me and help me if I've got stuck. I found the experience very pleasant and I am building my confidence.

Make sure you follow instructions and continue with doing your homework bit by bit. Also, do not be shy to ask questions. The tutors are excellent.
