When not in the training centre, my job usually consists of electrical maintenance and installation of plant equipment.

Everything to do with the job so far has been a new skill, I have also been put on extra courses such as a Gotcha course for working at height.

The program is well organised, there is never too much work to be overwhelming, but always enough to keep learning. All training courses and dates are easy to track because of the timetables given out
