its fun if you like the people you work with, if not it would be quite tedious to do

4/5
yeah , if you wanted to be a designer you will get a lot of maintenance tasks so you get a better understanding on how to design, but you don't do design in the first year

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The company side is greatly organised (9/10) , but the college side is dreadful (3/10)

they are very supportive, and will help with any issues you have, the instructors are nice and patient when your learning new tasks

You get a lot, you get extra help with maths if the college isn't doing their job correctly and given extra work sheets to help, other students as well are also willing to help as well so overall is a great learning a environment at AWE
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
later on I feel like I would be a more competent electronics designer than one who went to uni, and would find it easier to find jobs at other departments
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
yes their are many especially when it time to induct new apprentices
