very well, we are continuously building upon our skills and progressing, with one task leading to another creating a flow of learning, allowing us to both master skills but learn new skills.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

AWE is an incredibly supportive employer with regular meetings with pastoral, who will go out of their way to support you, the training managers always give feedback that is helpful and allows you to see your mistakes and how you went wrong as well as how to overcome them.
