For the most part I enjoy being here

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes my soldering has gotten better, drilling has gotten better. Any engineering skill that i had previously has been improved

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Programme is well structured with work, however organisation could use improvement. Usually we're only told about things a day or so before they happen

I receive a lot of benefits from my employer and a lot of support with things such as our wellbeing

Training provider is not as supportive as AWE, but still has good enough teaching
