Learning to be a control and instrumentation engineer. I complete practical work throughout the day with various tasks given to me to expand my knowledge.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as it helps me to develop my skills within the role but also allows me to interact with my colleagues throughout the day and within my tasks.

The programme is well organised as we know what tasks we will be doing and they always have something new ready for us.
