Cover chef sickness, complete audits, support the ops manager on a day to day basis. Complete stock, health and safety checks etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am not enjoying it, I feel there is a lack of support. Constantly told I am doing well, however I feel I am so behind and struggling to catch up

I received about 3 months work all in one go, and have not been able to maintain or hit deadlines due to working. More organisation would not have overwhelmed me

My manager is brilliant, always willing to help and give me projects, but when staff call in sick that takes priority

Meeting once a month, on the phone if I need, but the support I receive I don't feel is great

Not really, as I feel although it teaches the background of methods and theories, I do a lot of these day to do without realising anyway. So being taught what I already know
