Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working with the Team Leader & Registered Manager I'm responsible for allocating support packages & the scheduling of visits to customers.
I work collaboratively with health professionals/locality teams to arrange and accept referrals into the service.
ensuring all customer visits are allocated to support workers, allowing travel time, ensuring the service is CQC compliant.
completing spreadsheets evidencing the hours of care delivered and brokerage requirements.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning new aspects of health and social care, and not being limited to one side of it just from my role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I'm learning more about the Team leader role and Register mangers role within management, enhanced my skills on organising and leading

So far all of the topics i have learnt or progressed in, its given me confidence to utilise this in my job role and help support fellow colleagues and supported staff.
