Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Talking to customers, admin tasks, communicating via calls, emails and letters, organisation
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I find some apprenticeship tasks interesting

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Gained a better understanding of the working world, job/work industry, business and finance
Improved excel skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The setting and submission of work is well organised through BUD, but I find that some tasks are not set out clearly - sometimes information is spread out in different places, and you have to look on different pages or click on different links. I think this is because tasks are sometimes created from older tasks and modified.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
My colleagues are able to help when I require support for different tasks
There isn't much wider support/networking opportunities for the other apprentices at my workplace.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My trainer is helpful and quick to respond to emails. He calls when tasks are set to ensure I understand them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Gained a better understanding of business, finance and the workplace. Encouraged me to think about business with a newer, wider approach that I was not aware of before. Unfortunately some aspects of the course aren't as relevant for my specific job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
yes - networking groups/cafes, but unfortunately these do not apply to me/my interests
