Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

managing supported living services, this includes managing 14 staff and 8 service users, writing rotas, making sure staff are taking AL, monitoring sickness, making sure they are up to date with their training. and following agreed ways of working. and that they are completing all relevant paperwork. completing supervisions and observations, and making sure they have support that they need to do their jobs effectively. i also make sure that the service users are happy with their support, that they are living for filling lives, that their support plans, hap files , medications and finances are up to date, making sure their support hours are correct on the rota and covering for any activity’s. liaising with other professionals that are involved with the people we support, including- social workers, health professionals, housing providers

my assessor is brilliant, we work in a way that is good for me and her, this has eased the pressure of the units
