- Organisation/management of HR data and calculating the business HR Metrics on a monthly basis.
- Supporting the annual global Employee Engagement Survey
- Supporting ViiV (HQ) recruitment processes
- Supporting compensation in global annual Salary Reviews and Bonus processes
- Co-ordinating the 2022 IP recruitment for ViiV HQ
- Supporting the business’ use of HR system – Workday.
