Motor Fleet underwriter dealing with brokers and writing business and renewing it
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy parts of the programme such as the networking events as well as the day to day job and guest speakers. However I have felt disconnected from a lot of people as events aren't frequent so haven't interacted with lots of people I was hoping to

Lots of new skills which have helped the main one is communication on the phone

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say the structure is fine but there could be improvements as I dont feel monthly calls work the way they are as they arent very interactive
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My boss and local team help me lots and I feel they have been a huge help. Although when it came to exam help and apprenticeship help I felt I didnt receive much at all
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Davies were helpful towards my apprenticeship as my coach was very good and really helped me when it came to exams
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel I have gained some skills from the apprenticeship which I have gained which translate into my role such as technical terms

A group is being set up to host professional networking events which I am hoping to be a part of but till now there has not been much
