i have developed a better critical engineering mindset to assist with attending breakdowns, using methodical thinking on how to fix breakdowns and what improvements would prevent the breakdowns from happening again.
inter-people skills have been improved by dealing with co-workers across different teams and shift patterns, liaising with contractors to organise engineering works, and presenting at school careers fairs and talks.
