we have 6 month placements so changes very frequently - future leaders scheme means that we get a broad overview of the entire business within our 4 years.

E.ON is a genuinely incredible place to work. The culture within the organisation is that of continuous development, encouragement and dedication to do the right thing by people and the planet. Whilst degree apprenticeships can be tough, working alongside understanding and supporting colleagues makes it a lot easier to get through.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON UK?
Be yourself, learn about the energy industry and be up to date on policy updates.
