Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Start my day at 7am, we get assigned jobs the week before for the current week and prioritise the jobs. No day is ever the same but we would usually all meet on site to decide on a plan for the day and go from there.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It comes with some challenges and some days are harder to enjoy than others but overall i am content with how my apprenticeship is going

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to weld, as well as a lot more about general maintenance.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

For the most part, it is organised, there is just a few times where it has been a bit unorganised
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive an okay amount of support of my employer although i do feel sometimes i am left in the dark about things and maybe sometimes forgotten about
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is great with support and always quick to help when needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It definitely helps as i can take stuff i have learnt from them back onto site and into my work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

They do have sporting events and other sort of activities to get involved in like coffee mornings, cricket and football

Yes
Why?
Although sometimes it has its downs, it has its ups also and can be a very positive place to work with a lot of opportunity

Ensure you take everything on board and take advantage of all the opportunities
