Planning and Editorial E.ON UK, responsible for influence and directing the internal communication landscape for c. 7k colleagues across multiple comms platforms, to ensure strategic narrative is strong, joined up to aid a great employee experience and boost EVP,
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love it, its definitely hard, juggling an apprenticeship along side a full-time role, but greatness never comes without a little bit of pain

Yes, better time management skills, importance of self-reflection, upskilled on Operational Management and how this interlinks with company strategic goals.
