Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
I have developed my professionalism, integrity, ability to manage multiple work packages. I have learnt new IT skills, how to organise my time to maximise it and how to manage stakeholders.

Structure and Support

My organisation is well structured in a way to make the most out of their employees. My programme is ever changing to ensure we are keeping to the pearsons criteria and Apprentices have the skillset they need to provide examples within their exams.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I received the most support from my line managers during my scheme as they are my direct poc, but i have also received support from my skills coaches as well as other members from the organisation to check in on my progress and see if i need any support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive weekly support from my training provider on the weeks running up to my exams to ensure everything is place necessary to complete my exams. I am also made aware where i need to go if i have any concerns or queries and any questions never feel like silly questions!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel like my qualification will massively support my role in the coming years as it helps to deepen my understanding of all aspects of the business. We learn about different topics on a college day and are then set an assignment to research and embed out knowledge. I have used this knowledge in daily tasks and it will definitely support my future career in the business.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I personally have gotten involved in multiple extra-curricular activities such as learning GEL's, training, open events, internal sessions and networking events. This has expanded my network and solidified working relationships within the business. There are always opportunities to get involved in but you have to put yourself forward for these at the earliest possibility to be considered!
