My role as an apprentice is to watch my mentor and learn from what work they carry out and also work alongside them to pick up skills along the way. An average day includes servicing, repairing and carrying out health checks on vehicles.

5/5
I am really enjoying the programme at the moment as I am learning new bits of information everyday and I still have a very keen interest in this line of work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have developed my communication and collaboration skills throughout the time I've had so far as an apprentice and i how also developed my skills with using tools considerably as before I started this apprenticeship, I had little to no knowledge on the tools used on vehicles and the name of the tools as well.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I think that this programme is well organised as everything you need to succeed in this programme is set out for you all you need to do is put the time and effort in and it will pay off.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I receive a good level of support from my employer as they always have an answer to my problems if I ever do have one and they also show high levels of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a lot of support from my training provider as they are the ones helping me to achieve my qualifications and if I have any questions regarding my work they will be more than happy to answer.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It helps me to perform better in my role as i develop my understanding through theory practice and can then transfer it into practical experience.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
I am not too sure.
