I'm a test engineer so I work on making sure equipment performs the way it's designed to confirm that it works.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I mildly enjoy the program. Learning about how the products work is interesting to me.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The skill I have developed since joining is problem solving. When something goes wrong or doesn't work as intended, I have to figure out what is wrong with the equipment and that has developed problem solving.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel like at times, there are some things that are not organised properly which can lead to confusion among apprentices.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel like due to the training being all online, it is harder to receive support compared to if it was delivered in person however I feel like the training provider tries to support as much as they can where possible.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are opportunities for extra curricular activities but I have not explored them much so far.

I feel like the apprenticeship is a good way to develop skills whilst gaining a qualification in engineering which is a good way of building experience whilst progressing academically.

To be yourself and express your interest and passion for engineering.
