My role as electrical and electronic engineer apprentice typically work through a combination of on-the-job training and remote online learning. Day-to-day activities is assisting design, development and testing of electronic and electrical systems.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the job training very much but the course learning could be better.

I have zero experience in real life job with engineers from the start, I learnt so many skills and knowledge from this apprenticeship programme.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised and structured, despite being deaf apprentice which is uncommon in my field. I appreciate the effort they put into my development. Collaboration is crucial at this point.
