Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I assist customers around the showroom, answer calls, book customers in for home visits and design appointments, design lifestyle kitchens, keep showroom clean and tidy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme but it starts to get very repetitive towards the end.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed a new confidence with communicating and assisting customers. I have learnt how to design a kitchen and bathroom using the CAD system, how to measure a kitchen on a home visit.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well organised and structured but I do feel like it is missing some areas that would be helpful, for example, solid surface training, shower panel training etc.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of the colleagues and staff at wickes are very supportive and helpful, however I do struggle to receive support from management
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support but sometime struggle to get an answer for questions without chasing
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe I have become a much more successful KBA due to this apprenticeship
