Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to do basis, I prepare CS01s, I draft annual accounts, draft VAT returns, and look after my own client base.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship. I have found that my tutor, Garry, has been very helpful with any queries.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed many skills throughout my apprenticeship such as learning how to draft accounts and dealing with client queries

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think initially the structure wasn’t the best however this has certainly improved recently
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is extremely supportive. I had to take a break from my apprenticeship a few months ago and they supported me through that transition.

I think my qualification and training has helped me to develop a greater understanding of my role

At work we have many social events that I always aim to attend to help with engagement. I also try to take part in any charity events such as bake sales as well.

My advice would be to be yourself. This is one of the company values and I think that it helps when working for the company
